SCHAF
honored the invitation of the Oyo State National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Management to participate in the
HIRD programme. The HIRD is a nationwide NYSC initiative designed to make free health
care services accessible to people in the rural areas. For the first quarter of
2023, the event held on 30th March 2023 at the Community Town Hall
Ogbomoso North LGA.
SCHAF,
delivered SCD health awareness educational talk to an audience of about 1,000 people,
comprising of corp members, NYSC staff and Ogbomoso community rural dwellers. SCHAF
equally distributed SCD information, education and communication materials to
the individuals present.
