A As part of the activities to mark the Sickle Cell Disease awareness month, SCHAF took the SCD awareness to the market place. On 30th September 2022, SCHAF went to Bola Ige International Market Gbagi, Along Ife Road Ibadan Oyo State to sensitize the traders in the market on SCD. The awareness exercise had in attendance the market leaders: the Chairman, Babaloja as well as traders and artisans.
Health awareness talks on SCD was delivered by SCHAF through Prof A.G. Falusi while handbills, flyers and brochures on SCD were distributed alongside.
