The
SCHAF annual board meeting for 2023 was held on Saturday, February 11th 2023 virtually
on Zoom. The board meeting had in attendance 14 members which comprised of
members of the board of trustees, program manager and the central working
committee members. The 2 hour meeting highlighted the chairman board of
trustee’s opening remarks, reading and adoption of the minutes of last meeting,
review of SCHAF activities in 2022, financial Report for 2022, plans for 2023,
AOB, closing remarks and motion for adjournment of meeting.
